Provision of customised offers from well established providers.
This is the core business of Maranth. Provide you with the info and relevant offers for services you need in order to set up and maintain your Dutch company.

Maranth explores and estahblishes your requirements based on your business plan and other relevant input from you and your (tax) lawyers. As we work with businesses of all kind, we have an extensive network of providers for the below mentioned products. Our network includes providers for varying budgets.

When it’s all clear what you require and you have decided on the providers, we can also implement it for you!
The next step (optional) is that Maranth receives a mandate to implement it all
(or part) and gets your new Dutch company up and running.

Alternatively:
Maranth provides (interim) management to implement it all and manages your new Dutch company for as long as you require.

Please note: we do not provide one of the products ourselves (other than possible management of your Dutch company) and do not receive any referral or other incentive from the Dutch business partners you choose. We are therefore fully independent and have a fully transparent fee structure!

Notary
When required, a Dutch notary can advise you on the legal structure of your Dutch entity based on your business and business plan. Alternatively, the Dutch notary can incorporate just the company you want when you don’t need the advice. We provide you with offers from notaries.
Tax adviser
It is always advisable to have a Dutch tax adviser look at you plans and projected structure. This way you can avoid having a structure that does not meet, for instance, your tax planning or expension plans. In many cases your local adviser has also contacted his Dutch colleagues or partners. We can provide you with offers from tax advisers.
Office address/Office space
When incorporating a company in the Netherlands, you need to arrange the domiciliation of it. That means at least an office address or also office space. There are many options to choose from depending on your budget and requirements. We find the right solution and provide you with the necessary offers.

Depending on the size and type of business you conduct, it might be sensible to consult a Dutch lawyer. Branding, intellectual property and/or marketing know complex legislation. A Dutch lawyer can advise on specific Dutch or/and civil law issues and requirements.
